History
The firm evolved from a partnership formed by Ellison Smith and Bill Bundy in 1988. Mr. Smith's expertise is in environmental and condemnation litigation; Mr. Bundy's is in construction litigation.
Richard Bybee joined the firm in 1989 after representing a state transportation agency. He became a partner in 1991 and concentrates his practice on condemnation and construction litigation.
Stanley Barnett, who previously represented the United States Corps of Engineers, became a shareholder in the firm when it incorporated in 1993. His experience is in governmental construction litigation and environmental matters.
